There are several documents necessary for foreigners wanting to wed legally in . We will supply you with a complete list of documents you will need to collect at home. Once we receive your documents in , we will follow all the legalities to make your wedding official at home. 

• Translate and legalize the certificates where necessary.
• Request the Nulla Osta from your Embassy here.
• Legalize the Nulla Osta and other marriage documents and file these in the Town Hall where you will be married or in the city where your church is located.
• Two or three days before your wedding you will need to go to the Town Hall to make a declaration of marriage – we will be with you to translate this for you.
• The ceremony is conducted in Italian and the translation is a legal requirement, so we will participate as the interpreter and sign your certificates.
• We will register your wedding certificate and have it legalized, then mail it to your home address. 

We also collect and submit all necessary forms and bookings for religious ceremonies (and reaffirmations).
Once we receive your request form we can explain everything in detail – with the assistance and experience we offer, these necessary procedures do not create an obstacle to your celebrating your wedding vows in Italy.
