Partial wedding planning was formerly known as “day of” or “month of” coordination, where a coordinator would come in and assist at the very end of a wedding that you planned yourself. We offer this special service but with the added value of access to your Event Manager for support from the very beginning.
You will receive these benefits: organization for advice, exclusive vendor lists, planning calendar, and comprehensive project management.
We don’t believe in contracted time limits on our relationship with you; we DO believe in stellar service and continued event support for you.
This Event Manager is perfect for couples who want the control of planning parts of their wedding, but who may choose to delegate other elements of the planning process to a professional.
OTW Event Manager services are meant for couples working on a limited budget, or those who are expert planners themselves (because even a hyper-organized couple wants day-of help, too!), and only need us to execute everything beyond their expectations.
Your Event Manager will meet you a few weeks before the big day itself to discuss every detail and iron out any creases that might show in advance. She will contact all of your suppliers and put together a full event schedule for everyone to follow – putting your mind (and your check list) at rest!
Working with us as your Wedding Day Manager
When you book our Event Manager service, you’ll immediately get access to our time-tested planning materials.
We are available for advice and tips when you book vendors and organize your wedding. We’ll then have a final pre-wedding meeting with you, four to six weeks prior to the wedding date, to assist and advise you with last-minute details.
This will culminate in our presence onsite for the wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, where we will make sure that all of your hard work and preparations are flawlessly executed.
WHAT EVENT MANAGEMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE (BUT ARE INCLUDED IN A FULL PLANNING PACKAGE):
- Participation in or design of DIY projects;
- Vendor meetings or catering tastings;
- Budget creation or management;
- Creation of overall vision or theme;
- Consultation in decor and design;
- Booking venues/vendors, accommodations, or negotiating contracts;
- Suggesting or booking of overflow accommodations.
Items listed above would result in additional consultation from me or my recommendation of a more full-service event planner.
On the day itself, OTW will be on hand as your Event Manager from start to finish and will assist with the overall set-up, delivery, and coordination of your big day.
