Civil Ceremonies

Tuscany has world famous monumental cities and tucked-away medieval towns to choose from for your civil ceremony: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, and Chianti villages.

Civil ceremonies are held only in authorized locations – in truly beautiful halls or State museums. But some townships, like Florence, Certaldo, Chiusi and Lucca are now making available historical castles, villas or gardens where you can have even elegant outdoor ceremonies. Some locations offer the possibility to have your reception on the grounds where you can have your reception and accommodations.

We are proud to offer an experienced,  professional level of service and guarantee that we are always present during every appointment in preparation for your big day and at the wedding itself.

Emma & Alex Exchange Wedding Vows

There are several documents necessary for foreigners wanting to wed legally in Italy. We will supply you with a complete list of documents you will need  and we will follow all the legalities to make your wedding official at home. Depending on your nationality and residence, the procedures vary.

Two days before your wedding you will need to go to the Town Hall to make a declaration of marriage – we will be with you to translate this for you as well as be your interpreter for the ceremony itself which is obligatory by Italian law.

Leanne & Sean have a romantic civil ceremony in Florence city centre.

The ceremony took place at the Sala Rossa, within the Palazzo Vecchio.

Celebrating your legal wedding here in Italy is stress-free.

Once we receive your request form we can explain everything in detail with the assistance and experience we offer.
